High Frequency Welded Finned Tube
Made a technical tie-up and introduced a Finning machine and technology from DENGENSHA, Japan from the beginning. We are the first company for finned tubes in Korea. There are two types of HF finned tube, Solid type and Serrated type. Adhesive strength rate of welded fin over tube is more than 90% of fin thickness, and pulling strength is more than 25ksi. 54,000 pcs of finned tubes a year can be produced (based on 1.5"OD x 20m).
Aluminum and Copper Finned Tube
Using the latest Finning Machine from McElroy Manufacturing Inc. There are four types of finned tubes; Embedded, Wrap-on, Over Lapped and Knurled type. Mainly used for the parts inside of Air Fin Cooler, Air Heater and etc. 60,000 pcs of finned tubes a year can be produced (based on 1" OD x 10m).
Oval Finned Tube
Heat transmission Finned Tube that set up rectangular or square-shaped fins over Oval tube. This Finned Tube maximizes the performance of Heat Exchangers and minimizes the loss of heat transfer and pressure. We have many sales experiences toward POSCO, Korea and the others.
